Aethyr Native Is Now Available on the App Store
First mobile AI platform to combine on-device inference, post-quantum cryptography, and multi-agent orchestration in a single native app
SALT LAKE CITY, UT — May 23, 2026 — Aethyr Research LLC today announced the availability of Aethyr Native on the Apple App Store. The app brings the full Aethyr agent operating system to iPhone — on-device AI inference, post-quantum cryptographic identity, and multi-agent orchestration — with zero cloud dependency.
Aethyr Native is the mobile surface of AiOS, the company's distributed agent operating system. Where the Aethyr Console provides web-based orchestration for enterprise teams, Aethyr Native puts sovereign AI directly in the hands of field operators, executives, and anyone who needs AI agents that work without an internet connection.
"Most mobile AI apps are thin clients that forward your prompts to someone else's datacenter," said R. Demetri Vallejos, Co-Founder and CEO of Aethyr Research. "Aethyr Native runs real models on your device. Your prompts never leave the Secure Enclave boundary. That's not a privacy toggle — it's the architecture."
On-Device AI Inference
Aethyr Native ships with support for multiple on-device models that run entirely on the iPhone's neural engine:
- Qwen3 0.6B (~378 MB) — lightweight, fast responses for routine tasks
- Llama 3.2 1B (~770 MB) — balanced capability for general-purpose use
- Llama 3.2 3B (~1.9 GB) — maximum on-device capability for complex reasoning
Direct Mode processes prompts entirely on-device at Tier 0, meaning sensitive data never touches a network interface. When cloud providers are enabled, the Aethyr Engine handles routing and orchestration transparently — but the user controls that decision, not the platform.
Post-Quantum Security from the Ground Up
Every Aethyr Native installation generates a cryptographic identity anchored to the device's Secure Enclave:
- ML-DSA-65 digital signatures with BLAKE3 HKDF key derivation — aligned with CNSA 2.0 requirements ahead of the January 2027 deadline
- Decentralized Identifier (DID) bound to hardware, not to an email address or username
- Face ID authentication with configurable auto-lock
- AWP Transport — post-quantum encrypted sessions to your organization's infrastructure when connectivity is available
This is the same cryptographic stack that runs in Aethyr's edge nodes and datacenter deployments. The mobile app is not a separate security model — it's the same model, on a different form factor.
Multi-Agent Orchestration
Aethyr Native connects to the full agent roster deployed in your organization:
- Athena — general-purpose assistant
- Client Liaison Agent — customer communications and relationship management
- Content Creation Intelligence — SEO-optimized writing and editorial workflows
- Customer Success Intelligence — churn risk monitoring and expansion opportunities
- Demo Prep Intelligence — pre-call briefing materials and competitive analysis
- DevOps Automation Intelligence — CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure management
Agents are deployed and managed through the Aethyr Console. The mobile app provides a native chat interface with smart suggestions, agent selection, and full conversation history.
Skills and Workflow Automation
Beyond chat, Aethyr Native surfaces operational Skills — structured workflows that agents execute against your organization's data:
- Job Start and Job Finish Checklists
- Change Order processing
- Pre-Construction workflows
- Production tracking
- Agreement management
Skills are versioned, categorized, and filterable. They represent the bridge between conversational AI and structured business process automation.
Cards, Projects, and Tasks
Aethyr Native includes the full productivity surface from the Console:
- Cards — AI-generated reports and dashboards driven by agent prompts
- Projects — organizational containers for related work
- Tasks — structured work items with status tracking
- Artifacts — documents and outputs generated by agents
Offline-First Architecture
Aethyr Native is designed for disconnected and intermittent connectivity environments. Offline Mode caches data locally, and on-device models ensure AI capability persists without any network connection. This is critical for field operations in construction, defense, and remote industrial environments where connectivity is unreliable or prohibited.
Availability
Aethyr Native v0.1.0 is available now as a free download on the Apple App Store. The app requires iOS 17 or later. An Aethyr organization account is required for full functionality; on-device inference is available immediately after download.
